We are seeking an Associate Manager Supply Chain Continuous Improvement to join our dynamic supply chain team. Find out more below!

Specific Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve a multi‑year continuous improvement strategy aligned to business objectives, operational priorities, and long‑term supply chain capability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tangible improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance.
  • Own improvement projects end‑to‑end, from opportunity identification and problem definition through to implementation, benefit realisation, and sustainment.
  • Apply lean and CI methodologies (5S, SMED, TPM, VSM, Kaizen, Visual Management, Problem Solving).
  • Improve material flow, internal logistics, inventory management, and warehousing processes to increase flow, reliability, and productivity.
  • Work with ERP and supply chain systems to analyse data and support improvement initiatives.
  • Track and communicate project progress and benefits using clear KPIs.
  • Coach, train, and develop CI capability within teams through hands‑on support, knowledge sharing, and structured problem‑solving.
  • Work closely with operational leaders, engineering, and supply chain teams to embed improvements into standard ways of working.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to align objectives, remove barriers, and influence change without direct authority.
  • Promote best practice adoption across sites and the wider organisation.

Skills/Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations.
  • Experience delivering CI or transformation projects in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Practical, hands‑on experience applying lean and CI tools in real operational settings.
  • Strong understanding of material flow and inventory management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills.
  • Green or Black Belt certification desirable.
  • ERP / supply chain systems experience supporting CI and performance improvement.
  • Experience coaching or training others in continuous improvement methods.
