As a Tax Analyst - Global Transfer Pricing, you will join a collaborative finance team and help turn complex data into clear, practical tax insights. You will support the preparation of tax information, work with financial data from across the business, and help the team stay ahead of changing global tax requirements. This role offers hands-on experience, exposure to how a global organisation operates, and the opportunity to build strong analytical skills while learning from experienced tax and finance professionals. It is an excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation and support professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update compliance tracker and TIN information, sharing information where required.
- Maintain transfer pricing software and update it for changes in legal entities.
- Ensure intercompany agreements are in place for all material transactions and put new agreements in place where required.
- Ensure intercompany accounting aligns with intercompany agreements.
- Review reconciliation of all legal entity related party transactions to the total US GAAP intercompany eliminations.
- Collaborate with members of IT, Corporate Accounting and Business Reporting to create efficiencies in transfer pricing reporting through the use of technology.
- Focus on the development and improvement of processes to extract and compare data.
- Prepare the global summary of related party transactions for services and tangible goods.
- Reconcile the total of all Legal Entity related party transactions to the total US GAAP intercompany eliminations.
- Review year-end tax packages prepared to support the Tax Manager - Global Transfer Pricing with preparation of BEAT Form 8991 and Forms 5471 (Schedule M).
- Prepare segmented P; prior exposure is beneficial.
- Familiarity with tax software is desirable.
- Understanding of ERP or finance systems (e.g. SAP) and document management tools (e.g. SharePoint).
- Strong aptitude for technology, data analysis, and working with large data sets.
