About The Role
An exciting opportunity to join our award winning Food & Beverage team on The Deck. The Deck is our 4th Floor open air bar and the dreamiest spot for alfresco drinks and indulgent nibbles, alongside the best views of West Sands Beach, the Old Course and St Andrews.
Responsibilities
- Take and deliver accurate orders while ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with a commitment to dealing with their issues in a positive way.
- Maintain the highest standards of service; restaurant setup and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us memorable in every way.
Qualifications
- Great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual.
- Keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation.
