About The Role Our award‑winning kitchen team has an exciting new opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join us on a permanent full‑time basis based in the Jigger Inn. You will create exquisite dishes using locally sourced Scottish produce and be responsible for managing your own section while gaining invaluable guidance and development within a multi‑outlet hotel kitchen. The historic building that The Jigger Inn is located in dates back to the 1850s; today it hosts golfing memorabilia, crackling open‑hearth fires, home‑cooked food and a superb selection of Scottish beers.
