Reporting to the Conference and Banqueting Manager, you are part of the Food and Beverage operational management team and are responsible and accountable for guest experience and providing a service of excellence in all Conference and Banqueting areas across the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa. Your responsibilities will include:
