About the Role
We are excited to announce an opening for a Spa Café Host to join our team on a permanent part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
In this role you will be responsible for the complete service within the Spa Café, ensuring our guests have a positive experience from greeting guests, taking their orders and communicating with the kitchen to guarantee accuracy and taking care of the guests during their visit.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Meet and greet Spa guests when applicable.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing information with Spa Café guests.
- Prepare mixed drinks and deliver food and beverages to Spa Café, Spa Lounge and Spa pool area.
- Prepare tables by setting silverware and glassware.
- Clear tables professionally & ensure all relevant service areas are clean and tidy
- Delivering food items and drinks to the tables, inquiring to see if the customers are satisfied and fetching additional courses if necessary
- Preparing cheques for customers and processing payments through cash or credit card and returning any balances
- Assist guests in providing accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipates guest needs.
- Monthly inventory checks and reordering of shortages.

- Committed to providing a first-class welcome, and ensuring guests leave as satisfied customers
- Be able to work as part of a team.

- Have a smart appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Degree in Hospitality will be considered an asset
