Salary up to £30,000 Pro-Rata (subject to skills & experience) + fantastic benefits including healthcare plan, discretionary bonus, onsite parking and generous pension scheme.
Based in Gloucester UK, this hybrid and busy role provides support to the VP – Digital Experience – K&B International and New Ventures, Director – Digital Business Partnering, UK & Europe in general administration, project coordination work, expense, travel, visas and diary coordination and meeting coordination.
Administration Duties- Day to day management of the VP and Directors’ diaries.
- Organising meetings: face to face, video conference, voice conferencing for VP, Director & Sr. management team.
- Keep up to date VP, Directors/Management Team activities tracker.
- Creation of Purchase Orders.
- Liaising and maintaining good communications with Global CIT & Finance and HR Team.
- Travel arrangements and co‑ordination of expenses, including Visa applications where appropriate.
- Supporting recruitment coordination and associate onboarding for new IT starters.
- General administration to support the smooth running of the Corporate office in collaboration with other support staff.
- Coordination of project meetings/business meetings where delegates cross IT and Business and external partners.
- Provision of meeting minutes during Management Meetings – chasing actions.
- Preparation of material for Team Meetings.
- Organisation of larger IT events (Virtual or In person - Venue booking, logistics and communication).
- Excellent IT skills, comfort with multiple systems and a champion of new technology.
- Strong experience and competence O365 - Outlook and TEAMS, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Proven successful experience of confidential diary management and arranging travel.
- 2 Years experience in an office/project environment.
- Strong background in administration.
- Good problem resolution skills.
- Proven experience of report compilation and analysis.
- Experience of travel coordination/conference/event coordination an advantage.
