If you\’ve recently completed your AAT qualification, gained some hands-on experience, and are now eager to dive deeper into the world of finance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Alternatively, maybe you’ve recently graduated from university and are looking for your first role in finance.

We’re looking for aFinance Analystwho is passionate about learning, driven to succeed, and excited to begin their CIMA journey with full support from us.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working on real business challenges while developing your technical and analytical skills. Over three years, we’ll support you to achieve your CIMA professional qualification, helping you to grow into a confident and capable finance professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Analysing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes
• Collaborating with teams across the business to provide financial insights
• Helping to improve financial systems and processes
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of learning and development
• Ensure all analysis complies with relevant accounting standards, ethical codes, and internal policies
• Contribute to audit readiness and compliance activities as required
• Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, translating financial insights into business actions

What We’re Looking For

• Good organisational skills and time management
• A solid team player
• Problem solver – presents options when escalating issues
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• AAT qualified (Level 4 or Equivalent), with some practical experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Mathematics
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to completing the CIMA qualification
• You must have been residing in England for the last 3 years, and not currently in full-time education
