About the Role
Our award‑winning Food and Beverage team is at the hub of our business, and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bartender to join our Road Hole Bar overlooking the Old Course. The bar attracts whisky enthusiasts from around the world, offering a selection of three hundred whiskies from across Scotland, as well as cocktails, champagnes and wines.
Responsibilities
- Mix and present a wide variety of cocktails, including classic recipes and original creations, with precise measurements and attention to detail.
- Recommend drinks based on guest preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with AA 5‑red star standards.
- Fulfil drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and well‑stocked bar area and glassware.
- Stay up to date with the latest drink trends.
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop new cocktail menu options.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous bar or mixology experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge and understanding of beverages, cocktails and bar operations.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Mixology qualification desirable but not essential.
Hours
Seasonal Full Time – 40 hours per week. FTC until 31st October 2026. Salary £28,343 per annum.
