We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Engineer to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement teams, you'll help ensure the right parts and materials are in the right place at the right time. You'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of activities, from supporting day-to-day operations and analysing data, to identifying opportunities for improvement that drive efficiency and productivity. You'll also contribute to maintaining Parts Flow Plans (PFEP), reviewing component packaging, and supporting projects that help optimise how we work.

Key ResponsibilitiesYou will have responsibility for carrying out duties which involve:
- Assisting with improvements to material flow and logistics processes within the facility.
- Helping implement Lean tools (such as 5S, Visual Management, and Kaizen) to support efficiency and cost reduction goals.
- Supporting day-to-day supply chain operations by ensuring parts and materials are available at the right time and place.
- Assisting in maintaining plans for parts (PFEP) and updating related documentation.
- Reviewing component packaging and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure material efficiency and suitability for logistics processes.
- Helping monitor and troubleshoot material flow issues, working with the team to prevent shortages or delays.
- Supporting layout and material handling improvements under guidance from senior team members.
- Assisting in organizing storage and replenishment systems like Kanban and supermarket delivery.
- Participating in continuous improvement activities and identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes.
- Supporting business strategy projects for material supply from supplier to customer.
- Hands-on Supply Chain Engineering, Material Flow, continuous improvement and PFEP experience.
- Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
- Ability to design material routes, supermarket, min-max and other Lean manufacturing materials flow solution.
- Ability to conduct end user training.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture, material flow and distribution of goods.
