Hybrid working model with 3-4 days per week onsite in Cheltenham. Salary £39-49K subject to skills & experience, plus a fantastic benefits package including company bonus. We are seeking a midweight Industrial Designer to help develop the next generation of showering and bathroom products. Working closely with designers, marketing and engineering teams, you will contribute to projects from early insight gathering through to production, helping transform user needs into meaningful, manufacturable solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer looking to build their experience across the full product development process while contributing to products that deliver innovation, usability and beautiful design.
