We’re looking for a talented and passionate Florist to come and grow with us here at Kohana. If you love floristry, thrive in a creative environment and genuinely enjoy connecting with customers then this could be the perfect role for you. We’re a friendly team and we take real pride in what we do, from everyday bouquets to beautiful weddings and events. No two days are the same and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating stunning fresh and dried floral arrangements
  • Delivering warm, genuine customer service, in-store, over the phone and online
  • Helping with the daily running and presentation of the shop
  • Conditioning and caring for our flowers and plants
  • Supporting weddings, events, and installations
  • Lending a hand with deliveries and general shop upkeep
  • Capturing and sharing your work on social media

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous floristry experience (essential)
  • Retail or customer-facing experience (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
  • A strong creative eye and real attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and a warm, customer-first approach
  • Someone who can keep calm and work efficiently when it gets busy
  • Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
  • Happy to work some Saturdays and key seasonal periods
