Koh Thai are looking for a superstar to join our expanding Koh Family as a Supervisor. Welcome to Koh Thai Liliput, we think it’s the best Thai restaurant in Poole, Dorset. A place where the irresistibly rich flavours of Thai cuisine can be shared and sampled with fiery cocktails, far-flung beers and world-class music. Nestled into Lilliput High Street, moments from the beautiful Sandbanks, our tiny island playground is where we have a bit more focus on our bar, famous for our award-winning cocktails.

This is an amazing opportunity for an existing team leader to take a step onto the management ladder with us. We are looking for a candidate who is fun‑loving but focused and ready to join our awesome team, taking on a new and exciting challenge in the buzzing restaurant. We will provide all the training necessary to nurture you as an innovative manager to drive our unique service style in our extremely popular restaurant.

We pride ourselves on having a highly passionate and dedicated super team of staff who make our concept a reality. We expect our supervisor to work closely with the management team, focusing on daily running of the site maintaining high service standards and upholding the company ethos. You will have responsibilities allocated to help you grow as a manager, as well as help to build the day‑to‑day and long‑term success of the business.
