A leading specialist property advisory business is looking to appoint a Business Agent to join its highly successful Hotels team based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career within a market-leading brokerage environment, advising business owners on the sale and acquisition of hotel and hospitality assets across the South West, Cotswolds and South Wales. The role would suit an ambitious property professional from a residential or commercial agency background who enjoys building relationships, winning instructions, negotiating deals and managing transactions from start to finish. Previous hotel experience is not required. Full sector training will be provided.
As a Business Agent, you will work directly with hotel owners, investors and operators, providing advice throughout the sales process and developing long-term relationships within the sector. Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property inspections and client meetings
- Winning new instructions and developing business opportunities
- Advising clients on pricing, marketing and sales strategy
- Preparing sales particulars and marketing materials
- Managing buyer enquiries and qualifying purchasers
- Negotiating offers and agreeing transactions
- Liaising with solicitors, accountants, lenders and other professional advisers
- Managing deals through to successful completion
- Building relationships across the hospitality and property sectors
- Developing your own portfolio of clients and instructions
