We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead enterprise sales initiatives within the retail sector.

In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while driving revenue growth and expanding key accounts in the retail space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful, tech-driven solutions to enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do- Drive new business development and revenue growth
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Lead sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Manage pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Partner with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams
- Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs
- 10+ years in B2B / Enterprise Sales / Business Development
- Proven success closing high-value deals
- Strong background in retail, e-commerce, or CPG
- Expertise in solution selling and negotiation
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
- English required (Spanish is a plus)
- SaaS / Retail Tech experience
- Knowledge of digital transformation (e-commerce, supply chain, payments)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
