What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end delivery of content projects, translating infrastructure outputs into executable plans with clear milestones, resource allocation, and financial discipline.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Content Operations team, setting clear expectations, coaching on execution rigour, and building a culture of ownership and transparency.
- Serve as the operational bridge between delivery teams, Content Engineering, Product, and Pedagogy, ensuring handoffs are clearly defined and system constraints are surfaced early.
- Own the full supplier and contractor lifecycle, including negotiations, contract management, invoicing, and performance oversight.
- Drive structured feedback loops between delivery and infrastructure, ensuring customer and stakeholder insights translate into concrete improvements to process, tooling, and ways of working.
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record of leading operational teams through complex, multi-stakeholder content or production delivery, with consistent on-time and on-budget results.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget planning, quarterly re-forecasting, actuals tracking, and cost-efficiency analysis across large delivery programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to design and operationalise clear handoffs, RACIs, escalation paths, and cross-functional workflows in fast-moving environments.
- Experience managing suppliers and contractors end-to-end, including negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and quality control.
- A passion for AI and a drive to experiment with new tools to enhance creativity, decisions, and execution.
