Responsibilities
- Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way.
- Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle.
- Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource.
- Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations.
- Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
- Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day.
- Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations.
- Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality.
- Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require.
