Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll be working outdoors at gas station locations, engaging with customers and promoting President’s Choice Financial products on behalf of one of Canada’s most trusted brands.

Great opportunity for students and sales enthusiasts looking for a dynamic job with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role!

Compensation:

  • $18/hr minimum guaranteed + uncapped commission
  • The more you sell, the more you earn!

Schedule

  • Program Duration:
    Runs from May 5thto October 31st with the flexibility to switch between part-time and full-time based on your semester schedule.
  • Bonus: Opportunity to transfer to an in-store position after the contract ends!
  • Weekly Schedule:
  • Shifts Monday–Sunday, 10 AM – 7 PM (minimum 3 days/week availability)
  • Flexible hours: Work 20–40 hours/week based on your availability!

Your Role:

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products
  • Drive sales, brand awareness, and advocacy at gas station events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive experience
    Use creative approaches to engage customers and effectively communicate product benefits
  • Foster strong relationships with gas station staff to ensure smooth event execution
  • Handle customer information with the utmost confidentiality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outgoing, personable, and comfortable working outdoors
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable delivering key messages in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
  • Comfortable traveling within your assigned territory (having a vehicle is a plus)
  • Willing to complete a background check
