Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's credit card products.
  • Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation.
  • Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible.
  • Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand.
  • Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served.
  • Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day.
  • Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff.
  • Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction.
  • Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed.
