What You’ll Do
- Architect & Build the Future: You lead technical execution of AI engagements, transforming strategic vision into production‑grade autonomous agent systems using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Shape Client AI Strategies: You serve as trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders, facilitating workshops that cut through AI hype, helping clients identify high‑value use cases, navigate data readiness, and map scalable MLOps roadmaps.
- Govern & Scale Responsibly: You implement cutting‑edge MLOps best practices, focusing on observability, rigorous testing, and QA to mitigate bias and hallucinations, ensuring outputs are safe, ethical, and value‑driven.
- Integrate & Innovate: You deploy sophisticated models within major enterprise ecosystems (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) and weave them seamlessly into core business platforms like Salesforce and Workday.
- Push the Boundaries: You spend time in the lab, testing new builder tools, frameworks, and low‑code/no‑code platforms (such as Flowise) to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Who You Are
- A Proven Builder: You have 6–10 years of experience spanning technical consulting, software engineering, or AI/ML roles, with a track record of deploying real‑world GenAI applications.
- An Agent Orchestrator: You deeply understand autonomous agent architecture—reasoning, tool‑use, and planning.
- A Python & Framework Expert: Python is your native language, and you are highly proficient with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Cloud Fluent: You have hands‑on experience leveraging AI/ML services across at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- The Ultimate Translator: You bridge the gap between deep tech and business value, making complex architecture understandable and exciting to non‑technical stakeholders.
