Frontend Developer – GSAP & Three.js

You will build responsive, user-friendly, pixel-perfect web interfaces using React.js and Next.js, translating designs into high-quality frontend implementations. A core part of the role is delivering modern animations and interactive experiences in production using GSAP and Three.js, while keeping code clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented.

This role exists to turn design files into fast, reliable, and responsive web experiences, and to elevate the user experience through high-quality animation and interaction. You will help ensure frontend delivery meets modern expectations for performance, SEO, cross-browser compatibility, and maintainability.

What You Will Own

• Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive frontend interfaces.
• Build reusable UI components aligned with modern frontend architecture and coding standards.
• Implement responsive layouts using Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI (MUI), and SCSS.
• Create engaging animations and interactive UI using GSAP and Three.js for production web experiences.
• Optimize for speed, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues; ensure compatibility across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers; maintain existing applications and deliver feature enhancements.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development; write clean, maintainable, reusable, well-documented code.

What Success Looks Like

• Designs from Figma/Adobe XD/PSD are implemented accurately with consistent pixel-level quality across breakpoints.
• Animations and interactive experiences built with GSAP and Three.js run smoothly and reliably in production.
• Pages meet strong expectations for performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals through effective frontend optimization.
• UI components are reusable and maintainable, reducing rework and making future enhancements easier.
• Frontend defects and compatibility issues are diagnosed and resolved efficiently with clear, documented fixes.

Must-have Capabilities

• 3–5 years of frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js.
• Ability to convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive frontend implementations.
• Experience implementing responsive layouts using Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI (MUI), and custom SCSS.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and frontend debugging.
• Understanding of SEO principles, Core Web Vitals, and website performance optimization.
• Practical experience using GSAP and Three.js in at least 2–3 live/production projects.
• Working knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Portfolio evidence: share 2–3 live website links, GitHub repositories, or portfolio projects demonstrating frontend work, including GSAP and/or Three.js implementations.
• Notice period: immediate to 30 days preferred.

Preferred Or Trainable Capabilities

• Knowledge of jQuery.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
