Kody is seeking a HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.

As we expand our European footprint, this role will be pivotal in driving our growth across the UK & EU.

We are looking for a professional, adaptable, and hands-on HR practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building teams from the ground up.

Role Overview

This role is a dynamic blend of Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Operations.

You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from writing job descriptions, screening top candidates, and managing reference checks to driving seamless onboarding, everyday HR routines, and conducting thoughtful off-boarding talks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full interview process end-to-end, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and positive candidate experience.
  • Lead the onboarding and orientation process for new joiners across the UK and EU to ensure seamless integration.
  • Handle daily HR administration, including employee record maintenance and basic payroll/benefits coordination.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave, and workplace support.
  • Ensure local HR compliance with UK employment laws and basic European labor regulations.
  • Manage the end-to-end offboarding process, including exit documentation and asset recovery coordination.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations roles (preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment).
  • Hands-on experience conducting candidate screening interviews and managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with UK employment laws and Right to Work (RTW) processes (knowledge of EU labor standards is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
