Key Skills and Experience RequiredA designer or engineer background in hardware or physical product development, now leading delivery as a Project Lead, Programme Manager or Product Development Manager.
Evidence of shipping physical products from concept to launch, not just managing a plan.
Proven experience organising and planning across cross functional teams. Proven commercial understanding of cost, margin and business case, not only schedule.
