You’ll work on thermostatic cartridges, valves, and fluid control systems, owning defined development activity and improving product performance through practical engineering.

  • Troubleshoot product performance through structured testing and analysis
  • Produce CAD models, engineering drawings and technical documentation

Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer or Product Development Engineer. Strong grounding in first-principles mechanical engineering and physics-based problem solving. Confident with prototyping, lab testing, test rigs and hardware iteration. Good CAD capability, ideally SolidWorks, plus clear technical documentation skills.

5% bonus, with stretch to 10% ~5% pension ~25 days holiday plus
