Own a product programme end to end, including the commercials, as a Project Lead for Vax in Droitwich, rebuilding new product development for one of the UK's best-known floor care brands. As a Project Lead at Vax, you will own a new product development programme end to end, from scope and schedule through to commercial delivery. You will lead across engineering, marketing, operations, quality and suppliers, driving every product to market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own programme scope, schedule, risk and delivery, measured on products reaching market.
  • Lead engineering, marketing, operations, quality and suppliers to one aligned plan.
  • Own the commercials, cost, margin and the business case, not just the timeline.

Requirements:

  • A designer or engineer background in hardware or physical product development, now leading delivery as a Project Lead, Programme Manager or Product Development Manager.
  • Evidence of shipping physical products from concept to launch, not just managing a plan.
  • Proven experience organising and planning across cross functional teams.
  • Proven commercial understanding of cost, margin and business case, not only schedule.
