Scope of the Role

As the Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll own mechanical design while bridging closely with electronics to carry products through to technical file transfer. You'll thrive in a regulated, process-aware environment. Lead research, specification and design across mechanical and electronic systems. Run risk assessments to ISO 14971 and keep documentation compliant. Manage design data and revision control for electronics and mechanical design. Collaborate with external partners, and support colleagues' skills growth.

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer or Mechatronics Design Engineer delivering electromechanical products.
  • Strong collaboration with electronics and software teams in regulated settings.
  • Version control literacy and component selection for production.
