Based on site in Droitwich four days a week, you will own dry product concepts from idea to demonstrator and mentor junior engineers.

You will drive concept generation, define architectures, prototype fast, and collaborate with external suppliers, with senior stakeholders receiving regular technical summaries and trade-off analyses.
