Products sold under two of the world's most recognised household brands. This Technical Project Manager role sits at the centre of new product development programmes, keeping complex schedules on track from concept through to mass production. Based in the UK, hybrid, 3 days on site.
Scope of the Role
- Own and drive the end-to-end product development schedule across assigned categories.
- Manage tooling timelines, build dates and schedule changes with manufacturing partners in China.
- Align engineering, product, marketing and sales teams so each hits its milestones.
- Run programme meetings, set agendas, capture actions and chase them through to completion.
- Track progress, surface risks early and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Manager or Programme Manager in a physical product business.
- A track record of taking products into mass production at high volume in a consumer goods environment.
- Proven background working with Chinese manufacturing partners on tooling schedules and production builds.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination skills across engineering, marketing and commercial teams.
- Enough technical grounding to hold a credible conversation with engineers and industrial designers.
