Inherit a warm desk of live accounts in one of the most recognised niches in product recruitment, with a delivery consultant behind you on every role. This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant seat in central Birmingham, hybrid, paying £30,000 to £35,000 base plus uncapped commission, with OTE around £63,000.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will run a permanent desk across consumer electronics, medical devices, consumer healthcare, life sciences and micro-mobility.
Responsibilities- Nurture and grow the warm client accounts you inherit across our sectors.
- Win new business of your own, from first conversation to retained partnership.
- Take briefs properly, challenge the weak ones and qualify every role.
- Run the full 360 cycle, with a delivery consultant supporting your live roles.
- Build your profile on LinkedIn and represent Kodu in the community.
- A proven track record of winning new business and delivering it across a 360 desk.
- A background as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiter in technical, engineering or professional markets.
- Confident taking briefs, qualifying roles and managing clients and candidates to offer.
- Organised, process-driven and a genuinely good communicator.
- Curious, coachable and proactive, happy to follow systems and improve them.
- £30,000 to £35,000 base depending on experience, plus uncapped commission, OTE around £63,000.
- Tiered commission rising to 40%, with quarterly and annual milestone bonuses.
- A warm desk and a dedicated delivery consultant so you reach target faster.
- Hybrid working from our central Birmingham office, three to four days in.
- Flexitime, a 2pm Friday finish and no clock on the wall.
- An AI-native CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and a full data stack behind you.
