We are now seeking a passionate Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sales Performance Team and play a vital role in our next chapter of growth. What you\’ll do Be a catalyst for high performance and team success by: Designing and delivering onboarding and ramp-up programmes. Developing best practice processes, playbooks, and training initiatives. Manage and refine the RfX centralised knowledge base and train RfX best practices and manage submissions to ensure consistent high quality and improve RfX win rates. Creating and maintaining impactful sales collateral in collaboration with Marketing. Driving optimal adoption of the sales tech stack. Improving key sales metrics such as win rates, sales velocity, and forecasting accuracy. Acting as a critical link between Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure full alignment. What we\’re looking for We seek an energetic and strategic enabler who: Has 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience within SaaS/Tech. Brings proven expertise in MEDDPICC and complex sales methodologies. Experience supporting sales teams to qualify/ disqualify and sell via RfX, ensuring consistent levels of quality, and industry leading win rates. Has a strong track record of measurable impact through enablement initiatives. Excels in communication and cross-functional collaboration.
