The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Project Manager to project manage the integration of the world's smartest buildings. They will work with clients, vendors, and our team of implementation specialists to bring buildings online in a well-organized manner. They will work with technical leads, implementation managers and our client experience teams to ensure client needs are met. We’re a fast-paced team where going the speed limit means getting left behind.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Collaborate with Clients, Sales, and Implementation Managers to define project scope
  • Prepare, organize, and present reports on project status
  • Collect and organize documentation from clients and vendors
  • Schedule and facilitate status, planning, and review meetings
  • Work with Technical Leads and Implementation Managers to overcome roadblocks
  • Review deliverables with Client Experience for project turnover
  • Analyze business and technical documents
  • Collaborate with integration team and ensure compliance to all client requirements
  • Maintain all project plans, documentation and ensure compliance to timeframe

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Influence and keep team focused on progress toward project goals
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to best meet departmental and organizational goals
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects at once
