Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities
- Source, qualify and represent candidates and introduce them to new jobs
- Target and win new clients to help with their hiring needs
- Use Bullhorn, our CRM system, to accurately code and track your days
- Be confident on the phone, calling candidates and clients daily
