Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify and represent candidates and introduce them to new jobs
  • Target and win new clients to help with their hiring needs
  • Use Bullhorn, our CRM system, to accurately code and track your days
  • Be confident on the phone, calling candidates and clients daily

Although no previous experience is required, in order to succeed, you must show evidence of:
