We're looking for a proactive, personable Office Manager to become the heart of our growing business.

Ideally, you'll have previous Office Management or Operations experience, with experience in a recruitment environment being highly desirable.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Office Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting the wider business as we continue to grow.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our London office.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Managing office supplies, stock levels, and technology equipment.
  • Keeping the office organised, well-presented, and running efficiently.
  • Planning office events, celebrations, and seasonal decorations.
  • Booking business travel and coordinating logistics.
  • Managing our CRM systems, including Bullhorn.
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc operational projects and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
