We are seeking a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in attracting top talent and enhancing the skills and performance of our entry-level recruiters through targeted training and development programs. You will be based in our London HQ with occasional travel to our Miami office. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to address skill gaps. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet recruitment and training needs. Continuously improve L&D practices by incorporating industry best practices. Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development specifically in the Recruitment Sector Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices. Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs. Proficiency in recruitment and learning management systems (LMS). Strong organizational and project management skills.
