About Koda Staff
Founded in 2016 by three high-performing recruiters, Koda Staff has grown into a market-leading agency with a strong presence across mainland Europe and the US. We’re tech-driven, people-focused, and on a mission to transform recruitment through smarter systems, better processes, and a culture that rewards results.
With a strong, existing network in high performing market places, we offer the rare opportunity to join a desk with established client/candidate relationships which are ready to be utilised and expanded, meaning you can start putting numbers on the board and money in your pocket quickly. We will not bombard you with targets and KPIs. Instead, with multiple decades of recruitment experience, we will coach and train you to work the way we do. Our approach at Koda is simple; work smarter, not harder!
As we expand our London HQ, we're looking for driven, ambitious and energetic individuals to join our growing company.
Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
- Source, qualify and represent candidates and introduce them to new jobs
- Target and win new clients to help with their hiring needs
- Use Bullhorn our CRM system to accurately code and track your days
- Be confident on the phone, calling candidates and clients daily
Although no previous experience is required, in order to succeed, you must be…
- A strong communicator - the role relies heavily on verbal communication. The ability to build rapport, sell and negotiate over the phone is crucial for success in recruitment.
- Resilient - you will likely have more bad days than good, especially at the start; deals will fall through and you will face lots of rejection. Being able to handle this regularly and bounce back from it with the right attitude will be fundamental to long term success in the industry.
- Self-motivated - Koda is a business built on trust and therefore relies on its consultants' ability to motivate themselves daily. We do not believe in micromanagement; you need to be self-driven and ambitious.
- Emotionally intelligent - in short, recruitment is the process of selling people to people. In order to excel, you will need to be able to pick up on social cues and adapt your communication style to whoever it is that you are selling to.
