After a great 2024 we are now looking to increase our team with a Danish Speaking Recruitment Consultant to expand our Scandinavian hiring team..
Danish Speaking Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
- Source, qualify and represent candidates across Denmark and introduce them to new jobs
- Target and win new clients to help with their hiring needs
- Use Bullhorn our CRM system to accurately code and track your days
- Be confident on the phone, calling candidates and clients daily
Danish Speaking Recruitment Consultant requirements:
- Must speak Danish at a professional level or higher
- Experience working in a recruitment agency (any industry / specialism) is essential
- Thorough ability to source, qualify and manage job processes with candidates and clients alike
- CRM and LinkedIn usage
- Collaborative, team-based approach to recruitment, hitting and exceeding KPI's
