Based in the buzzing Bonnie & Wild Food Hall at Edinburgh\'s St James Quarter, we serve bold, authentic flavours in a fast-paced, high-profile setting that\'s a culinary destination in its own right.
No hospitality experience? No problem.
If you\'ve got a background in customer service or sales, and you\'re upbeat, reliable, and great with people, we\'d love to hear from you. We\'ll give you the training – you bring the energy and attitude.
What We\'re Looking For
- Confident and welcoming customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication
- A cool head under pressure and an organised approach
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take orders with confidence
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and respond to queries
- Coordinate smoothly with kitchen staff to deliver fast, friendly service
- Uphold food hygiene, health and safety standards at all times
Shift Pattern:
11:00am – 9:30pm
