What You Will Do
- Technical Execution & Engineering Deliverables: Support development and delivery of technical project scopes per standards and requirements.
- Prepare and review engineering documents: P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets, fabrication drawings, specs.
- Coordinate with teams for timely submission of RFQs, PO specs, and vendor docs.
- Assist in vendor technical evaluations ensuring compliance with specs and standards.
- Identify and implement technical improvements for better project outcomes.
- Apply economic thinking considering cost, value, and trade-offs in solutions.
- Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning to meet project standards.
- Resolve technical issues collaboratively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Promote win-win solutions in all interactions.
Project Support
- Collaborate with Project Managers to align technical deliverables with project timelines.
- Own assigned tasks, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Provide technical progress updates, highlighting risks and solutions.
- Support management of change requests, documenting technical impacts clearly.
Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement
- Share lessons learned and best practices to foster continuous improvement.
- Encourage open communication for mutual learning and innovation.
- Seek and act on feedback to grow professionally and help others develop.
- Align work with strengths and interests; discuss growth opportunities with supervisors.

Who you are (Basic Qualifications)
- A minimum qualification of HNC (or equivalent) in mechanical or process engineering.
- Proven experience in delivering technical engineering work for projects in the oil & gas, chemicals, or petrochemicals industries.
- Familiarity with P&ID and PFD development, as well as the preparation of technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of engineering codes, standards, and quality requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
What will put you ahead
- Experience working on modular skid systems, pressure vessels, or piping designs.
- Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems or welding techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- EPC Experience.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
