About the Company KOBU SMART UK is an IT Systems and services company, we provide support around London and surroundings. We are a rising technology company and we urgently need IT Smart Hands Technicians to service the requirements of companies on-site.
About the Role
About the Role The IT Smart Hands Technician’s role is to perform work mostly at customer’s location (Field, Lab, HQ). They act as service representatives, oversee operations, install IT equipment and maintain and repair the existing one, or supervise all engineering operations at any given location. This position requires advance customer service and enterprise technical support abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of professionalism, the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and self-motivation. The job will include travel around the UK on a regular basis.
Job Requirements
- Must be proficient in written and verbal English
- Must have a good understanding of IT and technology
- Must have adequate understanding of Software / Hardware architecture
- Must have ample experience in Networking
- Must have adequate experience with computers, how they work and ability to resolve technical issues
- Must be available to accept projects during business hours (09:00 - 17:00 UCT) and be on call
- Must be willing to travel periodically based on customer and business needs (Domestic and international trips)
- Must have the ability to own issue resolution, root cause analysis and remediation
- Must be able to interact with clients, management and peers in an appropriate, professional manner
- Must be able to comply with Company SOP to log in to Company platform daily, and check / respond to emails
- Must be able to work independently and / or with minimum supervision
- Must be a team-player
Job Type
Minimum 2 hours customer on-site paid hours + Commissions + Bonus (Depends of the jobs covered and what frequency of jobs)This job is contract work per hour and volume of jobs you in a week is uncertain, as it depends of the customer needs and the approval to complete the job by us.
Schedule
Schedule: The work schedule is Day Shift, Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00) Rarely cover job/s on Saturdays
