Litigation Associate, London

Kobre & Kim is looking for an experienced solicitor to join our London office as an Associate. You will work on high-stakes, often cross-border commercial disputes and should be comfortable applying your litigation skills across a broad range of matters. The ideal candidate is focused on "breaking the traditional lawyering mold" by using deep knowledge and cutting-edge techniques to get to the heart of solving the client's real problems.

Requirements:

• 4-6 PQE
• Strong general commercial litigation experience and a willingness to work across a varied disputes caseload
• Experience of contentious insolvency, restructuring disputes or liability management exercises would be useful, but is not essential
• Admitted in England & Wales
• Significant cross border experience in the firm’s practice areas
• Excellent interpersonal skills and significant client-facing experience
• Robust writing, drafting and editing skills
• You will be expected to work in the office three days a week
