About The Role
Join Our Dynamic Onsite Technical Team at Forza Foods! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Line Leader to become a vital part of our onsite Hygiene Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about hygiene and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you.
Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shift patterns between 6:30am and 10:30pm.
Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cleaning procedures, practices and standards are re-evaluated in line with best practice, customer guidelines and legislation.
- Plan and organise resources to cover all areas of the factory with the relevant skills and experience, including deep cleaning.
- Identify training needs and report to the Hygiene Trainer and Hygiene Manager where required to ensure relevant training can be carried out.
- Help with training where required.
- Carry out chemical dosage checks.
- Carry out ATP swabs.
- Inspect lines to ensure cleaning has been carried out correctly and arrange re-cleaning if and when necessary.
- Ensure task sheets and other paperwork are completed accurately.
- Maintain excellent communication within the team.
- Ensure a safe working environment is kept for all colleagues.
- Report any Health & Safety issues to the Hygiene Management.
- Stand in for Supervisors to cover holiday / absence.
Qualifications
- Train the Trainer qualification.
- IOSH managing safely.
- Chemical training.
- PC literate.
- Excellent communication (oral and written).
- Time management.
