Recruitment for a Royalties Manager in the Outbound Royalties team in London. This role ensures the accurate and timely delivery of global publishing statements to clients, with opportunities to refine processes and develop new solutions in collaboration across Royalties, Copyright, Tech, and Client Relations teams.
What You’ll Do
- Process Optimisation & Execution – Implement and document process changes to accurately resolve complex royalty issues.
- Best Practice Development – Create, document, and maintain guidance for process steps and exception handling.
- Automation Evaluation – Support the assessment and refinement of automated processes, balancing effort vs. output for optimal efficiency.
- Performance Management – Own the quarterly success rate for royalty processing and reversal corrections.
- Reporting & Analysis – Generate and manage regular/ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, including potential client statement impacts.
- Team Leadership & Development – Manage and mentor two direct reports, supporting performance and career progression.
- Collaborative Communication – Build and maintain systems for managing and tracking data requests from stakeholders to improve workflows.

In 6 months: You’ll be delivering measurable improvements in processing accuracy, automation efficiency, and team performance metrics.
