This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial results, reporting, and audit readiness for the AMRA business unit. It plays a critical part in translating complex digital revenue and operational activity into accurate financial reporting.
The Role
- Lead the close process, partner closely with operational and finance stakeholders, and help strengthen financial controls and reporting reliability.
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for AMRA, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Partner with AMRA Operations to ensure accurate translation of operational activity into financial reporting.
- Collaborate with Financial Systems and Operations teams to improve invoicing and reporting workflows in NetSuite.
- Work closely with FP&A to ensure accurate reporting, analysis, and financial integrity.
- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
- Serve as primary contact for external auditors, managing audit preparation and execution.
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, supporting their development and performance.
- Drive process improvements to strengthen reporting efficiency and accuracy.
What You’ll Bring Preferred
