As a data-oriented and strategic thinker, you will be instrumental in building tools and processes that drive value for AMRA and its clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in publishing and royalties workflows who is ready to step into a more impactful, end-to-end role in a fast-paced, tech-forward music environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Create dashboards and reports using large datasets to support internal decision-making
  • Collaborate across functions including Technology, Product, and Operations to deliver complex projects
  • Use SQL and other tools to explore, troubleshoot, and optimize royalty workflows and data structures
  • Deliver clear business analysis and insights to improve operational performance
  • Identify and implement both technical and operational improvements to drive efficiency
  • Provide ad-hoc support to critical processes and data-driven initiatives across the business
What You’ll Bring

Preferred:

  • Proven experience working with royalties workflows, ideally within a music publishing or Collective Management Organisation context
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases
  • Advanced Excel skills and data management abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and balance project-based and operational workstreams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Experience managing projects or delivering business change initiatives in fast-paced, tech-led environments
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

Nice to Have:

  • Programming or data wrangling experience (e.g. Python, R)
  • Understanding of international royalty practices and collection societies
  • Experience creating business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
