Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Electronics Engineer to join their engineering team in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, developing power electronics hardware for next-generation platforms.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, validation, and production release of power electronic systems including DC-DC converters, traction inverters, battery chargers, and associated control and interface circuitry. The role would suit an engineer with a strong background in power electronics who enjoys taking designs from initial concept through to production release while ensuring products are robust, manufacturable, cost-effective, and capable of meeting demanding performance and reliability targets.
The Role
- Design and develop power electronics hardware including DC-DC converters, traction inverters, battery chargers, and associated control, sensing, and communication circuits.
- Support projects through the full development lifecycle, from concept and schematic design through PCB layout, prototyping, validation, and production.
