Our client is a leading multidisciplinary engineering firm, delivering innovative products and technical solutions utilised by customers across the globe. With a strong reputation for excellence, they combine advanced engineering expertise with a collaborative approach to solve complex industrial challenges.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Technology Officer will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Engineering Department. You will be ultimately responsible for the delivery of high-quality technical solutions to customers, as well as providing technical services and support to internal functions. This is a pivotal role within the Senior Leadership Team, offering the opportunity to shape the company's technical direction, drive innovation, and influence business-wide performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering department, including power electronics (hardware/software), electrical machine design, PCB and mechanical design teams.
- Oversee the successful delivery of technical solutions, products, and services to customers worldwide.
- Define and deliver product roadmap in collaboration with other members of the senior team.
- Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes to enhance efficiency.
