Our client is a leading multidisciplinary engineering firm, delivering innovative products and technical solutions utilised by customers across the globe. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Technology Officer will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Engineering Department. You will be ultimately responsible for the delivery of high-quality technical solutions to customers, as well as providing technical services and support to internal functions. This is a pivotal role within the Senior Leadership Team, offering the opportunity to shape the company's technical direction, drive innovation, and influence business-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering department, including power electronics (hardware/software), electrical machine design, PCB and mechanical design teams.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of technical solutions, products, and services to customers worldwide.
  • Define and deliver product roadmap in collaboration with other members of the senior team.
  • Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes to enhance efficiency.
