CAD Engineer / Draughtsperson – SolidWorks + DriveWorks Sheffield £35,000 Full-Time | Onsite, 5 Days a Week KO2\’s client are a Sheffield-based manufacturing business looking for a hands-on CAD Engineer / Draughtsperson to join the team and keep the quotes going out the door. If you love CAD and being a Draughtsperson and is someone who likes to get stuck into SolidWorks, hit DriveWorks, and get designs out the door consistently – please make contact. The Role: You\’ll be sat at a CAD station most of the day, churning out accurate, production-ready CAD models and drawings. This is not a pure R&D gig – it\’s real-world draughting and order processing. Use DriveWorks to generate models – plug in the numbers, let the system do its thing. When needed, tweak and modify designs – reposition a hole, add a bracket, adjust a part. Prep 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings for customer approval and manufacturing. Work on a wide range of products It\’s about repetition and reliability, not reinventing the wheel every day.
