This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving, cutting-edge start-up where you will have genuine ownership across full product lifecycles, contributing to next-generation space and aerospace solutions.

The Role

As an Electronic Engineer, you will lead end-to-end electronic product development - from early requirements definition through design, validation and production handover. Working within a highly collaborative environment, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping both the technology and the team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full electronic product design lifecycle
  • Design and develop PCBs, low-energy architectures and RF/antenna systems (LoRa, long-range low-power)
  • Develop MCU firmware, particularly for Nordic nRF52 or similar low-power platforms
  • Implement Edge ML solutions (CNNs) for audio and image processing
  • Integrate long-range communication systems
  • Design advanced power-harvesting solutions, including photovoltaics and MPPT circuits
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing partners to ensure design-for-manufacture (DFM) excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in PCB design, and low-power electronic devices
  • Proven MCU firmware development experience (ideally Nordic nRF52)
  • Knowledge of digital signal processing (Fourier/Wavelet) and acoustics (desirable)
  • RF or other wireless technologies
  • Exposure to Edge ML/IoT and deploying CNNs on embedded platforms
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or related STEM discipline
  • Eligibility for SC security clearance

This role would suit an engineer who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to play a defining role in building breakthrough technology from the ground up.
