Are you a seasoned IT Project Manager with M&A integration experience, looking for your next high-impact contract?
We're recruiting on behalf of a global healthcare organisation who recently acquired a business in Scotland. The integration is well underway but the most complex work is still ahead.
The role:
You will be embedded on-site in Motherwell, working alongside local IT and reporting into global stakeholders. Your focus will be driving structure, communication and delivery across a busy and fast-moving integration programme.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing ongoing M&A IT integration activities across multiple Scottish sites
- Coordinating system decommissioning and data migration workstreams
- Translating complex technical progress into clear, digestible updates for senior leadership
- Acting as a bridge between the local IT team and global centres of excellence
- Supporting and shielding a stretched on-site IT team – helping them prioritise and deliver
What they're looking for:
- Proven Senior IT PM background – M&A or post-acquisition integration is essential
- Experience working in or with large, complex organisations (cross‑functional, multi‑stakeholder environments)
- Strong communicator – you can hold a room with a site head and keep pace with a global technical team
- Self‑starter – you won't need to be told what to do each day; you'll see what needs doing and drive it
- Scotland‑based – this is a fully on-site role, and occasional travel to sites within Scotland is required (driving licence beneficial)

- Motherwell, Scotland (on-site, Mon–Fri)
- Up to £75.55 per hour – Inside IR35
- 6 month contract – 37.5 hours per week
