KO2 is partnering with an innovative engineering business in Daresbury that is looking to appoint a Senior Electronic Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design and development of next-generation electronic products. This is a senior, hands-on position offering both technical leadership and real influence over product direction.
The Role
- Lead complex electronic design activities from concept through to production.
- Work closely with software, mechanical, and project teams, while also providing mentoring and technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and validation of analogue and digital electronic circuits and systems.
- Produce high-quality schematics, PCB designs, and supporting technical documentation.
- Manage product lifecycle activities including prototyping, testing, verification, and certification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure designs meet EMC, regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

- Strong background in analogue and digital circuit design.
